When I left the prestigious Manhattan law firm of Proskauer Rose LLP to move to the East End, I wanted to create a local law firm that provided the highest quality of tireless, effective, accessible legal counsel that might only be found in New York City. Bringing this brand to the East End has proved to be a winning formula.

Having now called the East End home for many years, I have gained an intimate understanding of the local legal system, and its key people. To achieve this goal, I acted as counsel to the East Hampton Zoning Board of Appeals and general counsel to the largest brokerage association on the East End, and have been involved in various not-for-profit organizations. I have combined my rigorous New York City training with the relationships I have cultivated to be able to provide my clients with the best possible service.

After being hired to develop the Bridgehampton satellite office of a large Long Island law firm for five years, I achieved my dream of opening The Adam Miller Group, P.C. in 2007. In 2010, I opened our second office in western Suffolk County to meet the high demand of the many banks we represent. This logical expansion of our practice has given us the critical knowledge of the new banking world and the various other complex finance issues facing us all in real estate transactions.

I strongly believe that there is a skill in practicing real estate law in this community that goes beyond the review of documents. I have positioned myself to be a "bridge" and trusted advisor to both the local community and those people who don't make the East End their full time home. Technology has been fully integrated into our firm, allowing us to always be connected to our work. We are never out of touch.
