ADAM MILLER GROUP WELCOMES NEW PARTNER, FORMER EAST HAMPTON DEPUTY TOWN ATTORNEY JAMESON MCWILLIAMS

/ Adam Miller Group announced today that they have hired former East Hampton Deputy Town Attorney Jameson McWilliams. McWilliams. A local success, after graduating Southampton High School, McWilliams went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the College of Charleston, a Masters of Political Science from Brooklyn College and finally a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.

Law degree in hand, McWilliams took a job in a small law firm in Water Mill and began practicing real estate, zoning and land use law on the East End. After a few years in private practice, Jameson was appointed Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of East Hampton. During her tenure at the Town, Jameson represented the Architectural Review Board, then the Planning Board, and also provided guidance to the Zoning Board of Appeals as well as the Town Board. Jameson participated in the negotiation, drafting and execution of countless contracts on behalf of the Town, including land leases and licenses involving East Hampton Airport (HTO) and with major cellular providers to meet the increased demands of cellular communication and emergency services within the community. McWilliams co-founded Crouch McWilliams, an East Hampton Law firm, specializing in land use matters and real estate transactions in 2021, but returned to the Town Attorney’s Office and promoted to Deputy in 2023.

Jameson lives in Sag Harbor with her husband Mike, their three young children, and their beloved pit bull Ramona.
